Growing up I played team sports and loved lifting weights. Early in my military career I focused exclusively on running and bodyweight exercises, but discovered CrossFit and was amazed at my strength and mobility gains while recovering from work-related injuries. I'm a 23 year military veteran and I'm in better shape now than when I joined at 22.
Every morning, make the decision to get up and move. Getting stronger and healthier is a journey, not a destination.
The thing I love most about CrossFit is the constant variation. Every day is different, every day is challenging, and everyone supports you no matter your level of experience or fitness. I love CrossFit and want to give back to the community.
